Pick Up
Pickup from our base in Rolleston is available for all of our customers. We will be in touch when your garden is ready for collection and to arrange a pickup time that suits.
Small, medium or large gardens picked up from us are supplied to you 90% complete. (see photo below showing a garden being picked up) There is a small amount of work required (mainly hanging of the doors) to put the garden together once you get home. If you require the garden supplied as a flatpack for pickup (only available for small and medium gardens) please let us know.
Shipping FAQs
How long will it take to get my orders?
All gardens are made to order and timeframes do vary depending on our workload. Once ready for dispatch please allow another 3 to 5 days for delivery depending on your location.
Can I pick my order up directly from you?
Yes you certainly can. For customers picking up directly from us, you have two options. We can give it to you in a flat pack or we can have most of the garden and canopy ready so you have minimal work to do once you get it home. This is most people’s preferred option.
What size trailer do I need to pick the garden up?
The best internal deck size is 8’x 5’ (2400mm x 1500mm). Please contact us if you’re unsure about your trailer size and we can help guide you.
I live in Christchurch or a close surrounding area, can you deliver and install my garden?
We certainly can. Price depends on your location and how easy your property is to access to install the garden. We have set local delivery and install prices available on our delivery page and these prices are also displayed at checkout.
What are your Nationwide shipping rates?

Where will my garden be delivered to?
All gardens are delivered nationwide to your closest Toll Freight Depot which you can select at the time of checkout.
Is it possible to have my flatpack delivered to my door?
Our delivery rates are for the flatpack delivered to your closest Toll Transport depot, it is sometimes possible to have this delivered to your door. Please contact us for a quote.
